Specifically, when I open Chrome and try to visit a website, it says "Your Internet access is blocked", followed by "Firewall or antivirus may have blocked the connection." Now, I've researched this problem, but none of the solutions shown on the forums have worked. I have:-switched networks-allowed Chrome through Windows Firewall-disabled the firewall entirely-full-on deleted my antivirus software-run Windows Network Diagnostics
