P.S. to ATT: I don't need advise on how to reset and restart my router, or on how to connect an Ethernet cable, or on how to configure and use my computer. Don't waste my time with basic advise. There is an issue in the router between the Gateway and the Ethernet Ports unless your Gateway speedtests are manipulated and the slow rates I am measuring are actually reflecting the true Gateway speed.
