I have a Denon AVR S700W receiver. I can't get it to pair with any of my bluetooth devices, IPhones or iPad. Just won't pair! I've put the devices right next to the receiver. Shows on the iPhone but won't pair. Says I should make sure the receiver is on (it is), get close (I am), make sure the device is ready to pair. Seems to be.
But, the Denon does not. When it happens, the TV shows no signal, so the AVR is not sending any signal to the TV. They told me that the issue is with the AVR. He suggested that it was possible the AVR might be defective, or that Denon is having issues with this model. I am returning my AVR for replacement in hopes of the former.
I've had a similar experience with my Denon AVR-X5200W. Bluetooth will stop working for no apparent reason. A power cycle (unplug, wait 10 seconds and plug back in) fixes it temporarily, but then it cuts out again. In all cases, access via the network, both direct wired and wireless does not work when this happens.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue. Make sure the TV is set to the correct video input to receive the signal from the player. Depending on the TV remote control, it may have a TV/VIDEO or INPUT button. Note: For third-party TVs, check your manual or contact the manufacturer for more information.
Tried out many options, set audio to PCM, turned off Instant power on, TV factory reset, smart hub reset, audio reset, different HDMI ports, different HDMI cables, powering up sequence, manual switch to Audio out... etc. Not only is Anynet not working, I could not get Optical audio to turn on either (no light through the cable).
0. Dec 5, 2018. #1. I'm trying to setup a dvd/blu ray player for my grandma, but when I connect it to the television the tv keeps saying "no signal". When I use the same HDMI cable to connect to my MacBook it does give a signal. The player used to work perfectly fine with the previous owner's television.
Owners of home theatres with at least one device that can only work with uncompressed signals, such as LG 9 series, will not be able to use Yamaha's receivers fully, beyond 4K60 HDR RGB or beyond 4K120 HDR 420, as this is where compression kicks in. LG C9 is expected to show black screen beyond those settings, as it does not support DSC.
This output is not an additional HDMI zone output. If wanting to instigate an additional HDMI zone which will receive both audio and video from HDMI aources connected to the receiver then use the dedicated second HDMI zone output. No, menus will not be conveyed to the second zone via the receiver's dedicated zone 2 HDMI output.
