I have tried wiping my computer and reinstalling windows and that still did not fix it. When I run command prompt and type 'netsh interface Teredo show state' it shows that it is disabled but even when I run 'netsh interface Teredo set state type=default' than run 'netsh interface Teredo show state' it still shows that it is disabled.

Unfortunately, that did not happen.
